RiseBoro Community Partnership manages the day-to-day operations of over 1,800 units of affordable housing and over 100,000 square feet of community and retail space. All properties managed by RiseBoro include a live-in superintendent, on-site management social service support, and round-the-clock security.

Many of our staff are lifelong community residents, and through their dedicated work, provide services to hundreds of families and businesses in the community. Our community-based property management model ensures the highest level of property management and maintenance. RiseBoro's property management operation includes 12 property managers, dedicated staff for compliance, collections, purchasing, leasing, and tenant relations, and over 60 building maintenance workers.
Highly Trained Staff
Property Management staff participate in affordable housing compliance training annually. All staff are encouraged to build their professional skills through continued education. RiseBoro is proud to be the recipient of a Workforce Development grant through New York State Energy Research & Development Authority (NYSERDA). This exciting opportunity will provide annual training to optimize energy efficiency within operations and management, including the construction of a 2,100 sq. ft. training facility to keep RiseBoro management staff on the cutting edge.
