Who We Are

RiseBoro Community Partnership has distinguished itself as the premier Homebase provider in New York City. We provide services to ensure community residents can stay in their homes and avoid homelessness.

FASTEN

This is an initiative to help vulnerable tenants stay in their homes in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis through connections to services and financial resources including rent relief. Populations served include fully undocumented immigrant households, and single adults and adult families who would not otherwise be found eligible under Homebase guidelines. FASTEN can help provide:

  • Short-term rental assistance for undocumented immigrants
  • Screening and assisting with city, state and federal benefits and referrals
  • Case management to support housing preservation, relocation, financial literacy, landlord mediation, etc.
  • Remove and address barriers to employment;
  • and more!
